Every morning, we prepare a gourmet buffet made up of carefully selected produce, favouring short supply chains and local producers. This approach is very close to our heart: it enables us to offer you fresh, high-quality products while showcasing the expertise of our region.

Every morning we go to collect our bread from the bakery a short walk from the hotel so that we can offer it to you as fresh as possible. As for our pastries, they are baked on site every morning to be served to you warm and crispy. They are served with butter Breton farmer, salted or semi-salted, mini jams Bonne Maman and honey.

To start the day off right, you will also find fresh fruit, fruit juices and yoghurts Alpine Pleasures, the fruit compotes Charles & Alice, a selection of cereals and granola, as well as whole mountain milk Gérentes. Toast lovers can enjoy a self-service toaster.

On the savoury side, our buffet offers a carefully selected cloth-bound cooked ham as well as Paul Deschamps farmhouse Saint-Nectaire, to discover the flavours of our region.

To accompany this moment, enjoy coffee beans roasted in Vichy by Vichy Café, prepared just how you like it (espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, etc.), or let yourself be tempted by our selection of teas and herbal teas FBKT – La Fabrikathé.

The whole thing is served in a warm breakfast room, blending contemporary decor with vintage touches, to start your day in Vichy in a friendly and delicious atmosphere.
